You may have noticed that there are now a few ads being displayed on the site. I thought long and hard about it before I went ahead and decided that if they weren’t super intrusive and were for things I used myself I would be okay with it.
With that in mind I decided to become a KLM Affiliate.
I fly exclusively with KLM or their partners, unless I have no choice but to fly with another airline, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I even go out of my way to use them even if there is a cheap budget direct option because I trust that I’ll have a far better travel experience with them.
I’ve been on well over 100 flights over the last couple of years and I can count the minor setbacks I’ve had on one hand, and when they’ve happened KLM have gone out of their way to resolve them.
Flying with them as much as I do does bring me a few perks as I’ve levelled up through their frequent flyer programme, but if the experience of travelling with them wasn’t as good I would never have made it to the level I’m currently at.
The reason for this post is simple transparency. When I talk about travelling I’ll probably be adding KLM affiliate links into the post (like the one above), there will also be an ad over on the sidebar to the right as well as one at the bottom of every post now.
If you decide to book flights with them after reading any of my posts then I’d appreciate you going through one of my links, it won’t cost you any more but the commission I get helps keep this site running. Of course, if you would rather just go direct to their site, or another travel site then that’s more than okay too.
While the odd affiliate commission would be nice, I appreciate your time and attention far more. Thanks for stopping by and safe travels!
